How Do I Assemble the Products?

Since we have many product categories, we will send you electronic installation instructions or videos after you purchase the product. These regulations stipulate whether you need an electrician or multiple personnel for assembly.
It is recommended that lighting fixtures be installed by professionals. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for mishaps and/or accidents that may occur due to improper use and/or installation of our products.

How Do I Maintain the Products?

All of our products are decorative objects crafted by dedicated artisans. They are intended for indoor use only. We recommend keeping them in a dry place at indoor temperature.For cleaning, we recommend gently wiping the products with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper cleaning, the use of cleaning products, or improper use of the items.

What Do I Do If I Have A Problem?

If you experience a problem, big or small, then we want to hear about it. We are here to help so just drop us a line at jiyishenghuo@foxmail.com and we’ll get back to you in a jiffy.

 

Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance? ​

Shipping costs include full insurance coverage.Please inspect your order thoroughly as soon as you receive it.If there are any issues with the delivery, such as a damaged product, an incorrect order, or any other problems, please notify us within 30 days.

Are There Variations Among Products?

●Slight variations may occur in the items, even though efforts have been made to portray them accurately.

●All measurements provided are approximate.

●Color reproduction may not be exact due to the limitations of photographic processes or printing.

●There may be minor color variations depending on screen calibration and settings.

●As each product is hand-crafted, there is a possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes from one piece to another.

●However, these minor variations do not affect the overall quality, craftsmanship, aesthetics, or functionality of the product.

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Orders will be processed within 4-6 working days after the order date, and we will ship the next day after the processing date if there are no special circumstances. Typically you should receive a tracking confirmation email within 3-5 business days after your order is fully processed to track the status of your order. Typically, overall delivery time from receipt of order is 10-20 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
