Shipping Policy
At PH LAMP, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy to learn how we process your order.
1. Shipping Times and Costs
Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders to Europe will be delivered within 7-15 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the shipping location.
Out of Stock Items: For out of stock items. We will hold your shipment until all items are ready to ship together. If you want to receive available items as soon as possible, we recommend that you place two orders.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order until it is delivered.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PH LAMP purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 30-day return policy.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
Conditions: Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package: Place the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
Apply the Return Label: Apply the provided return label to the package.
Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility or arrange for a pickup.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to replacing defective products quickly.

Replacement: We will arrange to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible, free of charge.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your payment provider).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the return process to place a new order for the item you want.
